What Does the Master Commissioner Do?
The function of the office of the master commissioner is to assist the Monroe Circuit Court in the discharge of its duties and the enforcement of its judgments. For example, conducting sales of property to satisfy liens, mortgages, or claims of ownership. This site is dedicated to those type proceedings.
The sales are held at the hour of 11:00AM CST, unless otherwise designated, at the Monroe County Justice Center located at 300 N. Main St., Tompkinsville, Kentucky, 42167. Date and times of sale are advertised in advance by the Master Commissioner.
